One World Lithium Increases its Non-Brokered Private Placement Offering to $1,000,000

VANCOUVER, BC – TheNewswire - October 25, 2023 - One World Lithium Inc. (CSE:OWLI) (OTC:OWRDF) (the “Company” or “OWL”)announces further to its press release on October 20, 2023 that the Company is continuing with its offering of up to 15,000,000 units (each, a “Unit”) of the Company at a price of $0.05 per Unit the Company is increasing the offering up to 20,000,000 Units for gross proceeds of up to $1,00,000 that may close in one or more tranches. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (each, a “Common Share”) and one non-transferable Common Share purchase warrant (each, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at a price of $0.08 for a period of 36 months from the closing of the Offering. All funds are stated in Canadian dollars. MatterGreen LLC started on October 23, 2023, its bench testing of the Company’s lithium carbonate extraction technology that can be used as a proof of concept of the novel advanced carbonation technology to selectively extract lithium from a natural brine. As Jack Lifton, a physical and chemical engineer and advisor to OWL noted “ Using the data and photos of the lithium carbonate crystalline precipitates formed in the brine.
