NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / February 6, 2024 / Levi & Korsinsky informs shareholders that a settlement has been reached in the pending class action lawsuit against Nano-X Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ:NNOX). The settlement provides for a fund of $8,000,000 to benefit class members. For the purposes of the settlement, the class is defined as: all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Nano-X securities between August 21, 2020 and November 17, 2021, inclusive.
