Nobel Appoints Interim CEO

TORONTO, March 08, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nobel Resources Corp. (TSX–V: NBLC; OTCQB: NBTRF) (the “Company” or “Nobel”) announces the appointment of Larry Guy as Interim CEO following the resignation of David Gower as CEO and director of the Company. Mr. Gower will continue to support Nobel as a consultant to the Company and an advisor to the Nobel Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors of the Company thanks Mr. Gower for his valuable contributions to the Company as CEO and a director and welcomes his continued involvement as an advisor.
