The Class A and U Units of the Harvest High Income Shares ETFs will commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) today under the following ticker symbols outlined in the table below.

Distribution Announcement
The initial monthly distribution for the Harvest High Income Shares ETFs will be paid on or about October 9, 2024 to unitholders of record on September 27, 2024 with an ex-dividend date of September 27, 2024. The ETFs names, tickers, and initial monthly distribution amount per unit are outlined in the table below.
