Aramark Sports + Entertainment (Aramark, NYSE: ARMK), the award-winning food and beverage provider at seven National Hockey League (NHL) and National Basketball Association (NBA) arenas, is set to elevate the gameday food and beverage experience for the 2024-25 season.
Aramark is enhancing its hospitality offerings with new menu items and local culinary partnerships that bring the tastes of home to the arena. Fans can look forward to innovative dishes crafted by Aramark’s culinary team and headlined by one of the most popular food items on arena menus – nachos!
Nachos are a perennial favorite among sports fans, and this season, Aramark is spicing things up with new twists on this classic. Introducing “Na’cho Average Nacho,” a limited-time culinary program that delivers an extravagant nacho experience. Each dish is crafted with regionally inspired ingredients, and the generous portions are ideal for sharing with friends or family:
- Capital Crunch Nachos (Capital One Arena): Tortilla chips, jerk queso, jerk chicken, cilantro crème, pico de gallo, and lime. (Section 103)
- El Disco Familiar (SAP Center): Tortilla chips, white queso, carne asada, chorizo and potato blend, chimichurri, poblano pepper, and red pepper. (Slapshot Cantina Club, Section 104)
- North Shore Smoked Pulled Pork Nachos (PPG Paints Arena): Tortilla chips, chipotle queso, barbecue pork, guacamole creme, roasted corn salsa, and lime. (NachoChick, Section 105)
- Ottawa Shawarma Chicken Nacho (Canadian Tire Centre): Tortilla chips, white queso, chicken shawarma, harissa, cucumber, tomato, and cilantro. (Ottawa Street Eats, Section 211)
- Reading Terminal Nachos (Wells Fargo Center): Multi-color tortilla chips, Swiss cheese sauce, pastrami, grilled onions, house sauce, and scallions. (9th Street Italian Sandwiches, Section 104, and Liberty Kitchen, Section 207)
- River City Ultimate Nacho (Frost Bank Center): Tortilla chips, queso, chicken, beef, kidney beans, pico de gallo, chipotle crema, cilantro crema, taco sauce, green onion, and jalapeño. (Extreme Nacho in Sections 113 and 225, Spurs Street Eats in Section 10)
- The Allegheny Braised Beef Nacho (PPG Paints Arena): Tortilla chips, smoked poblano pepper queso, braised beef, cilantro crème, salsa fresca, and lime. (NachoChick, Section 105)
- The Nacho in The Land (Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse): Potato chips, white queso, corned beef, kraut, Stadium Mustard, and scallions. (Elmore's Smokehouse, Section 122)
New and Expanded Branded Concepts
This season, fans can indulge in two new and immersive culinary experiences at Frost Bank Center, home of the San Antonio Spurs. Sweet Spirits on the South Charter Levelintroduces a unique barlour concept (bar + ice cream parlour) featuring boozy milkshakes, espresso martinis, coffee, locally sourced seasonal cakes, desserts, confections, and more. One standout offering is the Cookie Jar Milkshake, a blend of vanilla soft serve ice cream, Oreo pudding, Oreo cookies, chocolate chunk cookies, classic sugar cookies, whole milk, and fresh whipped cream.
Additionally, Dax & Marg’s in Section 209 will debut with a self-serve experience for fans to enjoy their favorite frozen daiquiris and margaritas. Using Kelvin Slush mixers and premium liquors, customers can choose their perfect beverage. A menu highlight is the Spurs Midnight Margarita featuring el Jimador Blanco Tequila, activated charcoal, and edible glitter.
And, at Canadian Tire Centre, the fan-favorite Tenders Love and Chicken will launch in its new location, Section 100, offering premium chicken tenders, hand-tossed fries, and a variety of dipping sauces.
New Dishes for the Season
Aramark is introducing a multitude of new creations across its portfolio developed both in-house and in partnership with local culinary talent. From sweet to savory, there are options for everyone. Some of these new offerings include:
- Asteroid Chicken Sandwich (Capital One Arena): Fried chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapeño coleslaw, and Astro sauce on a brioche bun. (Astro Donuts, Section 110)
- Bacon Wrapped Sonoran Dog (SAP Center): Bacon wrapped hot dog, peppers, onions, and pico de gallo. (SJ Street Cart, Section 118)
- Bahn Mi Sandwich (Capital One Arena): Vietnamese marinated crispy pork belly, pickled vegetables, cucumbers, cilantro, and garlic aioli on bahn mi roll. (Pho Wheels, Section 105)
- Break the Backboard Burger (Frost Bank Center):Two five-ounce all-beef patties, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and shaved red onion, on a locally baked potato bun. Served with waffle fries. (Ultra Club, Section 115)
- Bunz Rebound Burger (Frost Bank Center): Double six-ounce beef patties, roasted garlic aioli, applewood bacon marmelade, brie and gouda cheese sauce, and jalapeño toreados on a baked broiche bun with sidewinder fries. (SA Central, Section 108)
- Canadian Cubano Grilled Sandwich (Canadian Tire Centre): Peameal, ham, smoked bacon, pickles, Swiss cheese, and dijon-ketchup. (BYTOWN Grill, Section 118-119)
- Chicken & Waffles (Wells Fargo Center): Breaded boneless chicken bites tossed in a choice of wing sauce and served with a house-made potato waffle. (The Coop, Section 106)
- Chicken Caprese Sandwich (Wells Fargo Center): Grilled chicken, basil pesto, fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and balsamic glaze. (9th Street Italian Sandwiches, Section 104)
- Dessert Hush Puppies (SAP Center): Chocolate chip corn batter topped with powdered sugar and teal icing. (The Southern Bucket, Section 223)
- Funnel Cake Sundae (Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse): Funnel cake, powdered sugar, ice cream, raspberry sauce, and whipped cream. (Cookies and Creamery, Sections 105 and 118)

- Hat Trick Tacos (PPG Paints Arena): Three tacos including seasoned chicken, seasoned ground beef, and crumbled chorizo sausage with cilantro lime crema, cheddar jack cheese, pico de gallo, and fresh lime on warm flour tortillas.(Tacos on 5th, Section 122)
- Kong Dog (Capital One Arena): Hand-dipped, all-beef Cheetos dusted corn dog. (Section 106)
- Korean BBQ Crispy Chicken Bowl (Canadian Tire Centre): Fried rice, crispy chicken, Korean barbeque sauce, kimchi, red cabbage, shredded carrot, edamame, and spicy mayo. (Chef's Kitchen, Section 224)
- Oreo Churro Bits Sundae (Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse): Oreo churros, chocolate ice cream, chocolate sprinkles, and whipped cream. (Cookies and Creamery, Sections 105 and 118)
- Pig Wing Combo (SAP Center): Bone-in pork riblets deep fried and smothered in Carolina barbecue sauce. Served with sweet potato fries. (The Southern Bucket, Section 223)
- Pittsburgh Pierogi (PPG Paints Arena): Sautéed potato cheddar pierogi topped with Smith’s Kielbasa, bacon, caramelized onions, sour cream, and chives. (Polish Hill Grill, Section 105)
- Smash Loaded Burger (PPG Paints Arena): Two fresh burger patties, American cheese, crumbled bacon, caramelized onions, roasted mushrooms, and house sauce on Martin’s Potato Bun. (Steel City Smash, Section 108)
