Global Compliance Applications Corp.

Leading Canadian Veteran Advocacy Joins Citizen Green Project

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada – TheNewswire - October 29, 2024 – Global Compliance Applications Corp. (“GCAC” or the “Company”) (CSE: APP, FSE: 2FA, OTCQB: FUAPF), a veteran-centric blockchain marketing provider, announces a new partnership with Anthena Consulting ,dba 1620 Cannabis, and Citizen Green Ventures (CGV) to enhance cannabis care solutions for Canadian military veterans. This collaboration will connect 1,000 veterans—covered by Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC)— to provide premium cannabis from Cerberus PPV (owners of Sana’a Cannabis ) over the next 12 months [1]. Cerberus is a minority owner of CGV with GCAC [2].

Veteran owned 1620 Cannabis, will facilitate a staggered onboarding of veterans over, each prescribed a minimum 3 grams of cannabis per day. This aligns with VAC’s reimbursement model, ensuring veterans receive the cannabis they need while positioning CGV for sustained, scalable growth. With 1,095 grams per year per veteran at $8.50 per gram, this partnership will result in a steady flow of product demand, reinforcing GCAC’s position in the Canadian cannabis market [2].

As CGV’s patient support and advocate, 1620 Cannabis will ensure seamless access to Sana’a Cannabis products. Veterans will engage with GCAC’s Efixii Uplift 3.0 software, providing anonymous feedback on cannabis usage [3]. This blockchain-powered platform enhances service quality and supports product optimization while ensuring secure and trusted engagement across the entire cannabis supply chain. In addition to cannabis care, the Efixii Uplift app will facilitate community-driven activities, such as virtual wellness events and fundraising campaigns. These initiatives create meaningful connections among veterans and provide valuable insights to further improve services.

The partnership with 1620 Cannabis extends the reach of Citizen Green TV (CGTV), which is now available on Apple TV, Roku, and Google TV [4]. CGTV delivers cannabis-friendly educational content and sponsorship opportunities, giving cannabis brands access to a highly engaged veteran audience.

"While other Canadian cannabis providers pull back services, this collaboration exemplifies our mission to empower veterans through exceptional care and innovative blockchain solutions," said Brad Moore, CEO of GCAC. "1620 Cannabis adds critical momentum to our strategy, and CGTV provides a platform for sustained engagement and growth."
