PACS Group Is Now Under Investigation by Johnson Fistel on Behalf of Shareholders Who Incurred Losses on Their Investment

PACS

Shareholder rights law firm Johnson Fistel, LLP is investigating whether PACS Group, Inc. (NYSE: PACS) or any of its executive officers or others violated securities laws by misrepresenting or failing to timely disclose material, adverse information to investors. On November 4, 2024, Hindenburg Research issued a report questioning PACS claims to have discovered a winning ‘turnaround’ formula for transforming poorly performing skilled nursing facilities into “cash spigots”. The report states that “Our 5-month investigation, including interviews with 18 former employees, competitors, and an analysis of 900+ detailed facility-level cost reports, revealed that PACS’ ‘turnaround’ strategy largely boils down to systematically scamming taxpayer-funded healthcare programs.”
