Mr. Cross is a highly regarded mining executive with more than 35 years of experience in the resource sector. Additionally, he served as Co-founder and Non-Executive Chairman of B2Gold Corporation for 16 years, where his leadership helped transform the company from its inception to a major gold producer with an annual output exceeding one million ounces.
