(CSE: MTLC) ("MTL" or the "Company") announces that due to the Canadian postal strike (the "Postal Strike"), the Company has adjourned the Annual General and Special Meeting (the "Meeting") scheduled for Thursday, December 12, 2024. The Company has adjourned the Meeting to ensure it satisfies the notice and delivery requirements pursuant to applicable corporate and securities laws. The record date will remain the same and the proxy cut-off date will be moved to 9:00am (Vancouver Time) December 24, 2024. The Meeting will be reconvened on December 30, 2024, at 9:00am (Vancouver Time). Materials for the Meeting are posted under the Company's profile on www.sedarplus.ca and on the Company's website at www.mtlcorp.ca/investors. In the event that the Postal Strike ends prior to the Meeting, the Company will mail the materials for the Meeting in the ordinary course.
Emails providing a proxy with the voting control number and instructions for voting will be sent by the Company's transfer agent, Odyssey Trust Company, to registered shareholders.
