Atlantic Industrial Minerals Incorporation has changed its name to Sylla Gold Corp (SYG.H).

The company also consolidated its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of five pre-consolidation shares for one post-consolidation share.

Both the name change and share consolidation were approved by shareholders on September 11, 2020.

The common shares began trading under the new name on a consolidated basis on April 23, 2021, under the company's new symbol SYG.H.

Following the consolidation, the company will have approximately 5,250,914 common shares outstanding. Any fractional common shares have been rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Letters of transmittal with respect to the name change and share consolidation have been mailed out to the company's registered shareholders. All registered shareholders will be required to send their share certificates, along with a properly executed letter of transmittal, to the company's registrar and transfer agent, Computershare Investor Services Inc., in accordance with the instructions provided in the letter of transmittal.

Shareholders who hold their shares through a broker, investment dealer, bank or trust company should contact them for assistance in depositing their shares.

Sylla Gold Corp. (SYG.H) is down 25 per cent, trading at C$0.135 per share at 3 pm ET.
