Skychain (SCT) has announced a non-brokered private placement of up to C$495,600.
The offering includes up to 619,500 units priced at $0.80 per unit.
Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant.
Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional common share for $1.20 for two years from the units' date of issuance.
The company will use the proceeds for working capital and to purchase cryptocurrency mining equipment.
