OverActive Media (OAM) announced CRAVE Meals, a Kraft Heinz Canada brand, as the official meal partner of the Toronto Ultra earlier this season.

The Toronto Ultra is OverActive Media’s Call of Duty franchise and Canada’s only Call of Duty League (CDL) team.

The team is set to compete in the Call of Duty League Championship Weekend in Los Angeles later this month.

Leading up to the championship weekend, OverActive Media is kicking off the Toronto Ultra Playoffs presented by CRAVE Meals.

The campaign will showcase Toronto Ultra players by bringing them to life as superheroes in a video launching on August 19.

CRAVE will be joined by other industry-leading brands such as Bud Light, TD, Jack Link’s, and Bell to drive excitement around the CDL Championship Weekend. The partners will run watch parties, review top plays, and host giveaways to enhance the fan experience.

“As we head into the playoffs, every aspect of our training and preparation is critical,” said Jamie ‘Insight’ Craven, Toronto Ultra Player. “It’s great to have the support of CRAVE meals as we head into the championship weekend.”

The Call of Duty League, in only its second season, has set multiple peak viewership records for Call of Duty esports throughout its 2021 regular season.

OverActive Media called the live championship event the “culmination of season-long rivalries and epic battles” for the single largest console game in the world.

OverActive Media is an entertainment company headquartered in Toronto, with operations in Madrid and Berlin.

Shares in OverActive Media (OAM) are steady, trading at $1.72 per share as of 10:17 am ET.
