EnviroGold Global Announces Partnership with Red Cloud Financial Services

EnviroGold Global (NVRO) and Red Cloud Financial Services have announced a strategic partnership.

Red Cloud is a leading provider of financial services in the global mining industry. They helped clients raise over $1.5 billion.

CEO of EnviroGold Global, Dr. Mark Thorpe, said this.

“EnviroGold Global expects this strategic partnership with Red Cloud will play an important role in the execution of our strategic plan.” said Dr. Thorpe.

EnviroGold Global is expected to acquire and develop 9 major projects by 2025 and to achieve commercial metal production in 2025 using 7 projects.

There are two contracted projects and three subject to negotiation and the analysis on four others is ongoing.

Bruce Tatters, CEO of Red Cloud, commented on the partnership with EnviroGold.

“Red Cloud is pleased to […] join them as a partner in their commitment to leading the circular-economy movement in metals and mining.”

EnviroGold Global (NVRO) is unchanged on the day, trading at $0.40 cents per share at 1:03 PM EST.
