Flow Capital (FW) portfolio company MiniLuxe (MNLX) has completed its listing on the TSXV.
MiniLuxe is a digital-first, socially-responsible lifestyle brand and talent empowerment platform for the nail and waxing industry. The company intends to become one of the largest inclusionary educators and employers of vocational women by empowering Asian-Americans, Asian-Canadians and other diverse community members.
It derives its revenue streams from talent services and a proprietary clean nail-care product line.
It also offers a fully integrated digital platform that manages client bookings, preferences and payments with over 2 million nail and waxing services performed to date.
