TELUS (T) and TELUS International (TIXT) have completed their acquisition of WillowTree.
Both organizations have met all closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
The acquired company has now been rebranded as WillowTree, a TELUS International company.
As a premier, full-service digital product provider, it will add key front-end design and build competencies to TELUS International’s fulsome suite of end-to-end capabilities across the full customer experience value chain.
