Hypercharge Networks to provide 58 EV charging stations in Ontario

Hypercharge Networks (NEO:HC) is set to provide 58 electric vehicle charging stations to condo developers in Ontario.

The company stated in a news release that it has been chosen by ParkCo to supply its Level 2 EV charging stations to The Gaslight Condominiums development in Cambrige, Ontario.

ParkCo is a property technology company that offers parking access and revenue control systems that leverage the Internet of Things sensory technology. It also analyzes stall usage of property in real time.

Hypercharge Networks also said the deal closed with its partner, Signature Electric, which will install all the EV charging stations.

“We are excited to continue our partnership with ParkCo to bring our smart charging solutions to The Gaslight Condominiums,” Chris Koch, head of growth and partnerships at Hypercharge, said in a statement. “Together with Signature Electric and Peak Power, we look forward to proving a comprehensive and seamless charging experience for residents and visitors alike.”

This is the company’s fourth project with ParkCo since the entities entered into a partnership agreement in December.

Hypercharge Networks said it anticipates installing the charging stations over the course of Q3 2023.

Shares of Hypercharge Networks are down 8.06 per cent to C$0.57 as of 12:58 p.m. ET.
