Trillion Energy (CSE:TCF) has announced the pricing of its public offering dated Nov. 9, 2023.
In a news release, the company stated it will issue its common shares at C$0.30 per share for proceeds of up to $10 million.
The offering is begin conducted between Trillion Energy and Echelon Wealth Partners, which will have the option to purchase up to an additional 15 per cent of the common shares sold through the offering.
Net proceeds will be used by Trillion Energy to fund its 2023-2024 capital program, paying certain accounts payable related to drilling and general working capital purposes.
The company expects the offering to close by Nov. 24, 2023.
Trillion Energy is focused on oil and natural gas production in Europe and in Turkiye. The company has natural gas assets in Turkiye.
Shares of Trillion Energy are unchanged at C$0.40.
