Reliq Health Technologies (TSXV:RHT) has landed new contracts with 10 physician practices in the United States, the company announced on Wednesday.
In a news release, the Hamilton, Ontario-based company said the practices span across Florida, Nevada and Texas and will add more than 1,000 patients to its iUGO Care Platform.
With onboarding already underway, it is anticipated all patients will be added to the platform by mid-2024.
“We continue to add new clients at a rapid rate,” Chris Shields, interim CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, said in a statement. “The company’s recent private placement in October has allowed us to expand our care management and implementation teams to accommodate our accelerating traction across the U.S.”
In addition to the contracts in Florida, Nevada and Texas, Shields explained the company is also currently onboarding new patients across 16 states.
Services provided will include remote patient monitoring, chronic care management and behavioural health integration.
The iUGO Care platform integrates wearables, sensors and voice technology with mobile apps and computer software for patients, clinicians and healthcare administrators. As such, the platform provides real-time access to remote patient monitoring data that can help prevent hospital readmissions and trips to the ER.
Reliq Health Technologies specializes in developing virtual care solutions, including its iUGO Care platform.
Shares of Reliq Health Technologies are up 13.46 per cent to C$0.30 as of 11:01 am ET.
