Junior miner Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc. (TSXV:CCW) is changing its name to “Nord Precious Metals Mining Inc.”
The new name is intended to better reflect the direction of the company.
The name change is expected to take effect within the next few days, once articles of amendment have been filed and is approved by the TSX Venture Exchange. The company plans to provide an update on a new Committee on Uniform Security Identification Procedures (CUSIP) number, new trading symbol and effective date when the company will trade under the new name and symbol.
Nord Precious Metals Mining Inc. is a precious metals and battery metals junior mining company with principal business activities in the acquisition, evaluation, exploration and development of mineral properties. Its projects include Castle Silver Mine Project, Castle East Property, Beaver Property and Eby-Otto Property.
