  • F3 Uranium, a prospective junior uranium stock, has added to its mean streak of off-scale radioactivity with new results from its Patterson Lake North property in Saskatchewan
  • The highlight interval yielded 2.05 m composite off-scale radioactivity (>65,535 cps) between 227 m and 231.25 m
  • The company’s history of encouraging results at Patterson Lake North, which stretches back to fall 2022, is linked below
  • The junior uranium stock is up by 13.75 per cent year-over-year, and has added 225 per cent since 2019

F3 Uranium (TSXV:FUU), a prospective junior uranium stock, has added to its mean streak of off-scale radioactivity with new results from its Patterson Lake North property in Saskatchewan.

The first completed drill hole of the current winter drill program (PLN24-116) tested for mineralization between PLN23-061 and PLN23-074, intersecting a 16.5 metres interval from 224 m-240.5 m, including:

  • 6.05 m of composite high-grade radioactivity (>10,000 counts per second (cps)) between 224.85 m and 232.40 m, including:
    • A highlight of 2.05 m composite off-scale radioactivity (>65,535 cps) between 227 m and 231.25 m, 1.80 m of which is continuous
    • 0.5 m of mineralization from 272 m-272.5 m with up to 23,600 cps, representing the first instance of strong radioactivity below the JR zone, the property’s major discovery, which boasts a 105 m strike length as of winter 2023 drilling

The company’s 100-per-cent-owned Patterson Lake North property is in the uranium-rich Athabasca Basin near Fission Uranium’s Triple R and NexGen Energy’s Arrow high-grade deposits.

Looking ahead

A second diamond drill is currently coring on the JR zone before shifting 3 kilometres south to start exploring the B1 area, where 2023 drilling yielded “strongly encouraging results, including significant alteration, structures and highly anomalous geochemistry,” according to a news release.

F3 is also reporting that the Dias 3D resistivity survey will be finalized over the next few days, paving the way for the next phase of ground geophysics. The company will oversee a stepwise moving loop time domain electromagnetics survey over 60 line-km of the B1 area, which is designed to hone the electromagnetic plate model, complement resistivity data, and guide the delineation of additional drill targets.

Looking back

Since discovering the JR zone in fall 2022, F3 Uranium has uncovered strong uranium mineralization at Patterson Lake North with remarkable consistency, providing shareholders with regular positive news flow to ensure FUU shares accurately reflect the company’s potential. Notable highlights include:

  • The most recent 1.50 m of continuous off-scale radioactivity (>65,535 cps) announced in December 2023
  • 18 m of 8.8 per cent U3O8 announced in August 2023
  • A 50-per-cent extension of the JR zone announced in July 2023
  • 22.9 per cent U3O8 over 1.5 m announced in February 2023
