- The initial contract included Skilled Nursing Facilities in Florida and has now expanded to include SNF locations in Pennsylvania
- The expansion will add up to more than 30,000 new patients to Reliq’s iUGO platform by the end of 2025
- Shares of Reliq Health Technologies are unchanged at C$0.21
Reliq Health Technologies (TSXV:RHT) has revealed it has expanded an existing contract with a large U.S. health group.
In a news release, the Hamilton, Ontario-based company stated the initial contract, which included Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) in Florida, has now expanded to include SNF locations in Pennsylvania.
The expansion will add up to more than 30,000 new patients to Reliq’s iUGO platform by the end of 2025 in addition to its 80,000 patients under contract.
“Our client is a large U.S. health group that takes a proactive approach to patient care in order to improve health outcomes and reduce costs. The iUGO Care Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care Management and Behavioral Health Integration solutions Reliq will be providing will enable effective preventative care, allowing our client to achieve their cost and quality of care objectives,” Chris Shields, CEO of Reliq Health, said in a statement.
In February, the company announced it had expanded its mental health services portfolio and expects to add 10,000 new mental health patients to its platform in 2024.
“Providing cognitive assessments to our patient populations, will allow clinicians to identify patients with previously undiagnosed mental health needs,” Shields said at the time.
Reliq Health Technologies specializes in developing virtual care solutions, including its iUGO Care platform which supports care coordination and community-based virtual healthcare.
Shares of Reliq Health Technologies (TSXV:RHT) are unchanged at C$0.21.
