ACME Lithium (CSE:ACME) updates on its exploration program at the Shatford Lake Lithium project in Manitoba.
In a news release, the company stated that fieldwork has uncovered potential lithium-bearing pegmatites and that the first phase included gathering and analyzing ACME’s previous exploration data such as geophysical, geochemical, and drilling results. This will help the company target Phase 2 fieldwork.
The program was designed by Snow Lake Energy (NDAQ:LITM) and Critical Discoveries and includes a four-phase exploration program.
Now that the first phase is completed, the field rotation for the phase two program has also been done in preparation for reconnaissance and prospecting rotation.
Depending on phase 2 assay results, the third phase will include up to 2,000 metres of diamond drilling across 10 holes, while phase 4 will include compiling and evaluating all field data, assay results and drill results from the 2024 program.
The Shatford Lake Lithium Project includes 37 mineral claims spread across three project areas including Shatford Lake, Birse Lake and Cat-Euclid Lake, for a total of 17,000 acres.
