  • F3 Uranium (TSXV:FUU) returned up to 4.5 metres of 50.1 per cent U3O8 in recent assays from ongoing 2024 drilling on its Patterson Lake North property in Saskatchewan
  • Results include the best drillhole to date at the JR zone in terms of grade thickness
  • F3 is a uranium exploration stock advancing its newly discovered high-grade JR zone in Saskatchewan
  • F3 Uranium stock has given back 46.67 per cent year-over-year

F3 Uranium (TSXV:FUU) returned up to 4.5 metres (m) of 50.1 per cent U3O8 in recent assays from ongoing 2024 drilling on its Patterson Lake North property in Saskatchewan.

Highlights from PLN24-176, the best drillhole to date at the JR zone measured by grade thickness, include:

  • 7.5 m at 30.9 per cent U3O8 (196 m to 203.5 m), including 5.5 m at 42.2 per cent U3O8 (197 m to 202.5 m), including 4.5 m at 50.1 per cent U3O8 (197.5 m to 202 m).

The 4,078-hectare Patterson Lake North property resides within the southwestern edge of the Athabasca Basin about 25 kilometres from Fission Uranium’s Triple R and NexGen Energy’s Arrow uranium deposits.

Leadership insights

“PLN24-176 represents the best hole drilled to date at the JR zone in terms of grade thickness, including a true width assay interval of 4.5 metres of 50.1 per centU3O8, starting at a shallow vertical depth of only 190 m below surface,” Sam Hartmann, F3 Uranium’s vice president of exploration, said in a statement. “This drillhole was collared approximately 14 m up-dip of PLN24-137, which returned 15 m of 3.2 per cent U3O8, including a high-grade 2.5 m interval averaging 18.6 per cent U3O8. These results from PLN24-176 emphasize the need for tightly spaced drilling in these high-grade basement-hosted structurally controlled uranium deposits, which can often result in opening up additional targeting areas for high-grade mineralization, in this case in the up-dip direction.”
