TODAY: Diamonds | Vaporizers | Utah Oil | Sysorex
Pas grave. Ce n'est pas grave. All right, go ahead and distribute this in Sierra Leone. I just thought, you know: diamonds, nice report, illegal miners, dynamite, messy-
plus-messy.
Stellar-Diamonds, a London listed (AIM: STEL) diamond explorer, had its dykes under control last time I was at
Tongo. So,
pas grave. No sweat. Distribute this in Sierra Leone, It's not like this is Tanzania wildcat gold mining, where Internet reports such as via Tembo Gold (
TSX:V.TEM,
Stock Forum) near Lake Victoria, draw thousands of what we now politely term
subsistence miners.
Diamonds -- well, you need more than a spade and pan, that's for sure.
Stellar-D today | Tuesday reported nice diamond values as it explodes more rock from its west Africa diamond site.
Bulk sampling at Tongo, a kimberlite dyke project, is yielding what
Karl Smithson, CEO, engineer and longtime diamond worker, says is "consistent gem quality diamonds." Some are 6.7 carats in size.
This sampling is all part of what they call a definitive feasibility study for the, at present, 1.1 million-carat resource. Average grade of of
126.3/cpht will -- yes, will -- rise when many of this lot are re-processed to remove discoloring. That likely leads to the current 72 percent gem quality "content," when boiled in acid, improving to more than 85 percent.
Our
TCR take: every time Stellar updates shareholders, as in today, trading in London goes nuts. See: h
ttp://www.marketwatch.com/investing/Stock/STEL?countrycode=UK.
Stellar-Diamonds' market worth right now, all in, is about $20 million. How likely is it that Mr. Smithson and his team will ding their dykes after something like 5+ years of mapped dynamiting, engineering, bridge building and logistics support?
Two years from now, after the
DFS study is in the bag and a full production decision becomes a go, the resource alone (likely to increase) justifies a $200 million company. These are real diamonds, quite nice ones.

Bathe me in some of that acid wash, then. Flash me backwards and forwards. I'm having fun making money.
What's working:
1.
American Sands Energy (
OBB:AMSE,
Stock Forum) --a double already and more ahead this week and next as Canada investors discover this Utah resource owners is a fraction of the market worth of another active Utah prospector, Canada-traded US Oil Sands (
TSX:V.USO,
Stock Forum). American Sands Energy is AMSE in USA, and I was purchasing more shares Monday, I know the principals.
2.
Gold. Yep. Soldier killed in Crimea; gold's loss pares to minus-11 from minus-16. Purchase Central Fund of Canada (
TSX:T.CEF.A,
Stock Forum) or NUGT (
NYSE:NUGT,
Stock Forum) when you can.
3
Sysorex Global Holdings (
OTO:SYRX,
Stock Forum):
Fook-all is all I can think of to say; I have sold at progressively higher prices perhaps 400 shares of our scant holdings of this computer systems integrator, SYRX in USA, -- as we await word of a $20 million or so financing and its latest quarterly sales figures. The shares have been about a quadruple, albeit in thin trading. I know the principals.
4. Gold (and platinum group metals) equities that are about to work in our
TCR take: Bitterroot Resources (
TSX:V.BTT,
Stock Forum), and please
see previous reports; 10 to 15 days and counting for Michigan assays. I added to a large stake Monday at approx. 6 cents Canadian. Also: BITTF in USA.
5. Finally,
VAPO (
OBB:VAPO,
Stock Forum) -- formerly a gold company and now in the electronic cigarette business. A combination of e-cigs, marijuana stock market bustle, speculative fervor and pennies from heaven probably will benefit
Vaporin; I am buying this one as soon as our
TCR report is transmitted. It's tiny but easy to purchase at 15 cents USA. I do NOT know the principals.
