December 3 & 4, 2014
As stated earlier, major flooding in Tiburon, California, and across parts of Marin County and northern California. Sand-bagging, too. ;*) Exciting? Wait until that Dec, 6 full moon and high tide.
Le Plus TCR En Route: More On Way
And not just more rain, either,
Developments galore: Paramount Gold & Silver (PZG) acting as a takeover stock should.
Financing worries are battering shares of our Sysorex Global, the computer systems integrator (SYRX in USA). That from members of the LD Micro audience who took in the company's presentation this week in Los Angeles. I continue to hold.
Angkor Gold said to be seeing some potent nugget gold at China Wall project -- drill assays ahead. I have yet to confirm that, but then, I saw some of it myself earlier in the year and recently. Quite exciting for the company and the people of Cambodia. Also: the go-ahead from regulators on the India-partnered P.S. I Love You Mine at Phum Syarung now is in place and likely will boost the shares above the critical 49-cent Canadian level (based on options, warrants, potential future buy-in prices for China partners).
Angkor Gold (ANK in Canada and ANKOF in USA) will make each one of us so wealthy, we will be accelerating Cambodia's economy by a percentile point, and maybe two. Not to mention the better reason: financing our social commitment to Cambodia (Ratanakiri Province) housing, clean water, medical supplies, micro-lending, language instruction, computer training, dietary coaching, midwifery, the fight against human trafficking ... you get the idea.
Platinum Group Metals shares roughed up as arbitrageurs look to "middle" a proposed $150 million debt financing with 55 million share warrants for the company's first SOUTH AFRICA platinum mine. "Stupidity," says CEO Mike Jones.
BioCryst Pharmaceuticals (BCRX in USA) looks as if it will receive USA approval from drug regulators sooner than expected for its intravenous inluenza treatment. That is "gleaned" from several presentations and discussions. Politics might play a part here as our own USA seeks to stockpile Rapivab, the proposed name for BioCryst's peramivir drug for severe flu. (This also against the Ebola virus landscape that is seeing more than 50 USA hospitals readied for possible future patients.)
High-spec diamonds: Latest from Stellar Diamonds (traded in London). This is my Sierra Leone (yes been there twice and love it!) diamond mine builder. See: Karl Smithson's company and his latest news. High risk, even higher rewards. Trades on AIM as STEL. See: www.stellar-diamonds.com. I own a half-million shares. The company will need to assemble a mighty project financing. But look at the most recent project specs and you will see a quick payback and a heady pretax IRR, or internal rate of return: higher than 50 percent. If the shares sink any lower, even the London gutter won't be able to rescue them from the sewage that runs into the Thames. (Shame, that.) I don't see that happening. The share price, that is. ;*)
