LKA GOLD, RICEBRAN TECH, ABITIBI ROYALTIES, SEABRIDGE GOLD
I’ve been adding a few resource and non-resource company stocks to the personal pile this week and last.
It is telling that I categorize them like so. When I own 50 or so titles (not counting my DVDs and music) … and all but 8 of them are NOT natural resources — you understand. (
This total excludes family blue-chip assets that have none of my mark on them).
On this side of the sledgehammer, folks, we have my
Mining & Exploration Waste Tailings pile. On the other side: my Small-cap/Micro-sized This Company Can Change The World pile.
Both piles are faring better than they were this time a year ago. Two years ago, And three years ago.
– Gold is marking its way back to fresh (and ultimately historic) highs.
– Speculative names outside of resources are gaining traction, mostly.
– Our leading Mexico silver company,
Endeavour Silver, is making up for lost equity ground by igniting all cylinders at its El Cubo mine in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico.
– Developments are imminent and we believe (and position ourselves accordingly) positive at these companies: Natcore Technology,
Angkor Gold, Sysorex Global (that one VERY FEW OUT THERE believe can become a full-service DATA VALET), and
LKA Gold (OF WHICH MORE TO COME).
Possibly
RiceBran Tech (pending its latest and looming quarterly, with
possible robust guidance on future sales of derivative bran products).
These events likely include, respectively, fresh consulting contracts for NATCORE TECHNOLOGY, drill assays for ANGKOR GOLD, and in the case of LKA GOLD: one of three or four timely factors spelled out
below.
– Importantly, we draw the line at any company that has or intends to issue equity in a continuing theme of savaging shareholders in the interest of riding the commodities storm of 2011 to the present. Companies that “get it” in our TCR world include
Abitibi Royalties,Golden Valley Mines, Mandalay Resources,
Angkor Gold and Seabridge Gold.
