We’re currently focusing our operations on the United States but we’re also exploring opportunities in Canada and internationally. Currently, we’re focused on operations in the state of Nevada and in Oregon, we’re expanding before the end of the year into California. We cultivate pure organic, no pesticide, high quality cannabis. We then processed oils and extracts and terpenes, edibles, creams, salves, tinctures. Those products are then distributed wholesale. So, as an example in Oregon our products are in over 500 dispensaries. They’re consumed by over 100,000 customers a month. In Nevada at our dispensary is the largest dispensary in the state so we both have a wholesale license and we retail. Our target is down 50 dispensaries by the end of 2019. Our revenues in those two states combined on a trailing basis will be about 40 to 45 million US with about 12 million of EBITDA. We have over 225 years of cannabis cultivation, we have a Ph.D. in theoretical organic chemistry, we have well-established brands. These are not new businesses.
