Verde AgriTech Ltd is an agricultural technology company that produces potash fertilizers. At this time Verde only has day-to-day operations in Brazil, and as we well know, CEO CV has been essentially a one man C-suite until joined by the CFO in the last 2 years. I would not call it an optimal situation to have the hands on driving force behind Verde relocated to the United kingdom.
