TD Ameritrade told me it can take up to a month for these gray market foreign tracking stocks to transfer.  They said they have not received any instructions from the transfer agent yet.  ...more

Yes after holding Rn all these years ... bitter end. Although Britos owns majority of shares and the float in Ora is small and tightly held ..... gold should end its bear market eventually and bull ...more

Yes the deal will go through. The float on Ora is pretty tight and ownership concentrated with few free trading shares. As long as management can deliver, and keep costs down and build Almas.... could ...more

The merger of Aura and Rio is going to create a story of profit and growth that is a rare find in today's mining world.  The next few years will be very exciting for share holders.

Nobodys given up. Did you listen to cc?  RN shareholder gets .053 for every Ora shares. So based upon todays Ora trading price RN is trading at a discount.  9.14 = .48 Rn value ...more

I think that discussion is happening on the ORA board. I sold my ORA to buy RN. I’m not sure about that US$9 value for ORA but I like the combined company and I would like to benefit from the ORA-RN ...more
