Hello kh231,

I am new to the PLAN opportunity.

Can you help me understand your assessment of the $2 opening after the halt is lifted? I understand from the announcement that the Company is going to seek to raise funds from a new issue of units priced at $0.35 which includes a common share and a warrant. Would we not be better off participating in the new offer, than buying shares in the open market at $2.

Thanks.

S.
