TransGaming (
TSX: V.TNG,
Stock Forum) gained 55% to 7 cents on Thursday. The company said it had signed an agreement to sell its proprietary cross-platform portability technology to hardware graphics giant, NVIDIA, for US$3.75 million.
According to the
news release, the aforementioned tech is part of its Graphics and Portability Group and includes Cider™. The sale does not include SwiftShader, its pure software 3D rendering tech.
Carpathian Gold Inc. (
TSX: CPN,
Forum) jumped 33% to 2 cents in active trading after the company said a definitive operating license has been approved for its RDM gold project in Brazil.
The operating license is the third and final license required by SUPRAM, the environmental agency in the state of Minas Gerais, for the full operation of the RDM project which has been operating under a provisional permit until now,
Carpathian said in a press release.
