Please elaborate don't know what the "PMA deal" refers to. New to WEII just see that it's a $hitshow where the shareholder has been rolled over by an inept and self serving management team and board. Thanks

Its headed to zero.  Any working capital remaining will go to bloated management comp.  likely the same for Gross Impact Partners.

Working capital remaining? I feel bad for the employees that have to go down with that sinking ship.  The lenders will be lucky to get 50 cents on the dollar.   These guys can't even afford to pay attention.
