Unfortunately, the low financing relative to the performance enabled this to occur.
Financing could have been done at 0.40, 0.35, or 0.30 cents.

ACU claims a total addressable market of 509M yet it raises money at 0.25 cents.
Then does not does not update the market while it declines. Here we are.

ACU may not control the share price but can certainly influence it.
