Does it strike anybody as bizarre that ACI is worth 9.5 cents and the deal is done at a value of 20 cents per ACU stock?
In addition deal value is given as $16.2 million and ACU market cap is $13.69 million at 9.5 cents .
Seems like massive dilution and loss of control of the company?
