Insight - Giving away the family jewels

Think of it this way...There is no law saying Aurora must market Insight industry wide. Lets say that, aside from the non-chinese Beta customer, imagine that Aurora went to the biggest of the Chinese Cell producers and offered Insight on an exclusive basis. Lets say this producer had 5 plants. So Aurora puts out the following Offer: We will give you exclusive access to Insight, none of your chinese competitors will have it. You will install it in all 5 plants, and we will capture 20% of the value added. According to the CEO, this would result in roughly $10M revenue to Aurora in the first year of operation. Do you think the Cell producer would take the deal? Acording to the CEO's numbers, they would save on the order of $40M annually, every year. Aurora would have $10M starting the first year. As it stands now, it will years and years to get to $10M in Insight revenue.
Just a thought...
