Anyone watching this still?

I've been looking into them and just initiated a position. With only 19M shares outstanding its pretty volatile, but I think there's a ton of upside potential if they can show the market their customer issue with Amazon is behind them. Growing industry, lots of cash on balance sheet, little debt, positive free cash flow, etc.

Also, important to mention, huge short interest at over 50%. Huge potential for short squeeze.

Interested to hear people's take

I am a novice investor, just started to monitor this stock. I agree the fundamentals look good (balance sheet, debt, etc). How do you  monitor the short positions?

You can see it on Nasdaq's website. It's updated every two weeks. https://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/aaoi/short-interest I've since sold my position as I put mandatory stop losses on my positions, but I'm still following this stock closely. Another for those who are interested in this industry is FNSR (Finisar). I'll look to re-enter if/when it stabilizes again.
