I agree.  I liked the results too.  A little light on revenues, but I saw other virtues.  Especially in view of the Dutch auction tender ~3 dollars higher, the weakness seems overdone.  I have not checked to see whether there is any recent insider buying, but there ought to be.  I am willing to patient a little while longer.  The shares pay a reasonable dividend, and I saw nothing in the earnings report that would cause me to think that the dividends will be adversely affected.
