TOO MANY SHARES O/S

TOO MANY SHARES O/SI personally don't think we will see 0.40 cents on this security until either the gold price improves or until AAU secures a joint venture partner to mine their 8-10 million ounce gold deposit. AAU does not have adequate cashflow from it Mongolio copper deposit to insure sufficent cash flow. AAU should start looking at some majors for financing. They do own 85% of Baley gold deposit why not give some of that up for financing. I do believe this stock is undervalued. Its price should be at $4-6 and that does not take into account their Mongolia copper deposit. One problem with AAU is to many shares outstanding. I believe its in the range of 100 million. Any comments. alex
