American Battery Technology Company is an integrated battery materials company. The Company operates through three divisions: lithium-ion battery recycling, primary battery metal extraction technologies, and primary resources development. The Company’s platform creates a circular economy for battery metals that champion ethical and environmentally sustainable sourcing of critical materials. Its features include recycling of lithium-ion batteries to recover and reuse battery metals, extraction of battery metals from primary resources and development of new green technologies that can be deployed at scale, and exploration and stewardship of new mineral resources globally.
