RE: Help wanted! I aint making this up...

AG stop making up storys

after BZA cancelled their contract with the contract miner -Yes  and thats about the only thing you are right about

they retained some of the contractors workforce and I am sure that they would only do this after making sure they had enough workers on site and coming in to operate the mine!!

as many of you are aware of experienced miners are hard to find so most companies have a standing add or add's looking for them

having asked our man |Jim multiple times about this he told me they had enough personnel on the ground to operate the mine at full capacity

the delays starting the mine have nothing to do with the underground work (bringing ore to the surface) it had to do with mill startup delays because of electrical breakdowns as i understand

so blame lack of production on the electricians --I GUESS or the comp hired to refurbish the mill and get it ready

so stop making it sound like there is a problem with MINING  cause unless I hear otherwise there isn't they had a whole bunch of ore stockpiled before even starting the mill and were mining underground while having the mill start up problems

again where do you get the idea that there is a problem with getting stuff out of the ground also they added a couple of new pieces of equipment to get recovery rates even higher that would have caused some delays as well I would think

They have been mining underground all along and stockpiling the dirt - what Jim told me in my last conversation with him 4 weeks ago

why don't you call him yourself and find out whats happening and why they have adds for experienced personnel up as I see it I would do the same if I were starting the mine and until I had a workforce that is big and experienced enough to operate the mine efficiently

Miners that have been operating for many years have standing help wanted adds as they are constantly looking for qualified help
