Since the financings with national bank and Wellington were not done until sep of last year  I don't think they were the ones selling 

usualy there is a hold period on selling any stock bought thru  a placement

i can't find the info on if  and when the hold period ends does someone have the info and if so could they post iit did our friends at Sprott acquire their shares thru a financing??
