Another smart move by management

The recently purchased 700 ton per day milling and flotation/gravity plant and building will enable production to ramp up very quickly.
The mill includes a rod mill, ball mill, fume scrubber, flotation cells, cleaner cells, concentrate filter drum, tank thickeners, water storage tank, concentrate ore samplers, cyclones, duplex gravity concentrating jigs, the mill building, control panel and conveyor. The mill does not include a crusher and crusher building, which Bonanza will purchase separately.

Transportation of the equipment is expected to commence during October.

The purchase of the mill is expected to reduce the capital cost of the Copperstone project by approximately $500,000 once transportation, refurbishing and construction are complete. The mill was operated for less than one year and is in very good condition. It comes with a full set of engineering drawings, which will accelerate construction timelines and reduce costs.

The $7 sale of non-core properties should close very soon , which will enable the remaining mill parts ( crusher and crusher bldg )  of the  acquired mill to be fully fitted to breast plate  capacity and be ready to roll early in 2011 .

Dudei think you will have to start reading the NR's a little more closely they will not receive all 7 mill in cash. some in stock with a hold period so the math on that post is a little offand this mill does not come with a crusher and building they have to buy that somewhere else and get it there

They get  $4 million in cash and I stated that the mill did not come with a crusher or ball mill which can be bought and transported with the cash rec'd..The remaining $3 million in equity will become free-trading within 4 months and can be used as collateral. The total capex is only $17.2 million less the $4 million in cash, so its not a very large amount esp with gold near $1400......... ...more
