lol geez what a tough bunch.My chat with Mr.Bagwell mainly concerned the financing.I believe they want to raise approx. $12 Million.They are still working on the best way to do this..ie...the best  re. shareholders.IF...they do issue any stock I`d expect it to be oversubscribed and minimal.For a project creating their projected  cash flow estimates  this $12 M is peanuts

It is showing excellent strength.A financing will be needed , but they could do that for a modest forward sales agreement.
