Anyone know how many shares the directors hold? Although the shares were 2 cents 2 years  ago they were 60 cents a couple of years before that. I'm sure the insider share holders are keen to get the production going, as are some of you who may have held from previous highs. Hopefully the closure will go forward as planned. In this time of financial uncertainty, capital raised by the company is critical to ensure its survival. Now if there is another meltdown BZA will have the resources in place to go ahead full steam, meltdown or not!! GLTA

there are about 11 million options outstanding exercisable at about 10 cents.If financing is successful then there could be 190 million shares in 2 years but another $10m would come in from the warrantsThe shares should be worth 70 or 80 cents based on the proven reserve.  The big boost would come from a major expansion of reserves.   They may yet uncover and mine 1 million ounces.&
