Still financing is dilution up the wazoo

Instead of 75 million shares being unleashed in 4+ months, 50 million extra start sloshing around right after the finance closing and then 23.5 million more upon warrant exercise.

One might have justified an extra 75 million in 4 months at a much higher gold price and oh so close to production.

Pretty bad for Kirwin not to know what the exchange rules are. Market thinks so too.

BZA held back on the lipstick and went straight to the eyeshadow to cover up this pig of a float.

from my broker firm:This financing is the last piece needed to get them producing at or near the end of first quarter 2011, that’s roughly only 6 months away. They are aiming to produce 46,000 oz of gold annually at cash costs under $450 p/oz. As well with this extra funding they are aiming to continue drilling and firm up their reserves to increase their mine life by double.  That ...more
