I would say this is quite a significant inside buy as Joe is the Chief Finance Officer. He is best placed to know the financing situation of BZA. Given his 100k + shares buy in the public market. I would assume BZA cash flow will be very soon!

I am not familiar with BZA's officers/directors, but is Chan, Joachim and Chan, Joe the same person?

Mr. Joe Chan has been Vice President of Finance and Controller of American Bonanza Gold Corp. since January 31, 2006

But is Chan, Joachim and Chan, Joe the same person? On the InsiderTrade website, it is Chan, Joachim not Mr Joe Chan, who made those purchase. I am just wondering if they are the same person.   Thanks
