It is interesting that on the day news announeced we went down about 10% and superna went up 12%, both companies ended up equal at 4.5 cents. It is not a consolation....I wonder what SPROTT thinks about all this. Ithink they stand to lose a lot of money.>

Herry, you should know that millionaires don't have scruples nor any moral, that is why they are millionaires.  In other words, you can call anything you want, all he cares about is his bank account.

I think it is interesting that supposedly we are only a couple of months away from commercial production which would bring us to positive cash flow, however, management believes that we need to issue 200 mil more shares so that they can secure more financing.  I must be missing something? Jamie Newall and Wayne Tisdale are on the board of both BZA and Suparna.  Newall and Michelle ...more

Would this not be upwards of 350 million shares if all warrants are exercised. Not including the other 24 million and it's warrants. Smells like a 20 to 1 backsplit coming becuase how many companies do you know that almost 600 million shares outstanding that are this size of company.
Comment by tree73 on Jun 13, 2013 10:21am
At first glance this seems to be part 1 of a larger plan. It does not appear that they can issue the 200 million shares and do a reverse split at the same time (At the AGM). Something else has to be in the wind.........

What I want to know is WHY the company is doing this? Diluting the heck out of us! Can it not wait a few months until they produce enough gold to pay for expenses they need? WHY o, WHY? When is the next AGM?>

After all those years, it just hit me how NOT to lose money in the stock market...... its simple...........JUST STOP BUYING C RAP.
Comment by behindblueeyes on Jun 13, 2013 10:36am
First thy sell the gold cheap not do dilute and now they want to dilute on top of the Shylock  rate they were paying to get the last two loans ????????
Comment by behindblueeyes on Jun 13, 2013 10:44am
I'm not totally opposed to the suparna deal they take care of all exploration costs on a small part of the property SW target only and they get the potential for this small chunk of real estate only if there is actual gold there or not and feasible to mine the area.i would think that BZA would charge them a good chunk to run any product through their mill can't see suparna building their ...more

Maybe, but another 200000000 million shares?
Comment by Leafs007 on Jun 13, 2013 11:27am
I wonder if SPROTT still has 12 - 13% ownership and if they can vetoed the proposed dilution plan. If all retail investers plus SPROTT voted against the proposed dilution, would it be enough to overcome other insiders? Does bonificio still have his share? Will he vote no on the proposal?>

I cannot believe that sprott is not involved in this, believe me if the company dared to put this out, it's with sprott's blessing.
Comment by Leafs007 on Jun 13, 2013 4:11pm
I highly doubt that SPROTT would be part of this massive dilution, they would be shooting themselves in the foot. SPROTT should buy the company outright and kick out the current management. At this low prise, they could conduct a hostile takeover and most of retail investors would welcome the takeover....Sprott must be very upset about what kirwin plans to do. I hope SPROTT will not dump us ...more
