When ALP completed the financing end of Jan they had about 70 million shares out.  Today as per tmx they have about 85 million.  Means that about 15 million warrants were converted.  When all warrants are converted there will be 100 million shares issued.  But as well there will be an additional $3 million in cash in treasury.  That money should get them a complete feasability study which hopefully they could then raise institutional money to start mining - the first in the USA for sure and possibly in all of North America.
