Last I spoke to management they wanted to further prove out Coosa as yes it's much bigger but there may be areas in Coosa as good or better than Bama.  The existing 43-101 was completed on a very small area of Coosa however they are now certain there are at least 5 other areas on Coosa that are as good or better than the existing 43-101.  They should have the data coming out shortly which will probably be the basis for making a final decision where to start mining.
