Why a donut?  The worst case is we own the only 43-101 indicated compliant graphite resource in the continental USA which has millions of tonnes of high quality flake graphite and is supposed to be going into production in 2016.  I don't think these guys are going broke anytime soon because they for sure can raise money now.  What I like best, because this is a high risk micro cap, is the downside does appear to have a limit and its not zero.  In fact you could argue that the share price is less than the graphite asset so anybody buying or owning today is getting the graphene asset of this company for "a donut".
